A: T/T 30% in advance and T/T 70% balance paid before shipment / 100% LC at sight.
Q: What is your warranty period?
A: Our payment terms is 12 month or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extend our warranty period.
Q: Do you provide customized services for the diesel generator?

Q: There are many unqualified diesel generators in the market, how can you make sure your quality control?
A: We have past SGS, ISO:9001, CE certification, and we are Gold Assessed Supplier, Every generator sets would be checked on twice strictly before shipping, and the quality inspection report will be sent to our customers with the products, and we glad to accept The Third-party inspection company quality check
Q: How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?
A: We have our own factories with 2000 square meter, more than 70 workers, more than 3000 units diesel generator, lighting tower, air compressor per year.
Q: How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?
A: We have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and we offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.
