Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% in advance and T/T 70% balance paid before shipment / 100% LC at sight.
Q: What is your warranty period?
A: Our payment terms is 12 month or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extend our warranty period.
Q: Do you provide customized services for the diesel generator?
A: Yes!
Q: There are many unqualified diesel generators in the market, how can you make sure your quality control?
A: We have past ISO,CE certification, Every generator sets would be checked on twice strictly before shipping, we,have our own gas pipeline for testing gas genset and we also have high-low voltage load box and the quality inspection report will be sent to our customers with the products, and we glad to accept The Third-party inspection company quality check.
Q: How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?
A: We have our own factories with 35000 square meter,we will assign a dedicated customer service agent to keep you informed in real time.
